I submitted one in June, and then in September I got another RFE for the medical exam with the same info. I’m not really sure why they asked for a second one since the first was already the latest version before the new edition came out. I’d suggest doing the newest one just to avoid any delays in our process.

@Jay N I saw on Uscis i693 part it shows its ok to submit if everything done before july 3 2025 .. So I am in confused right now .. what to do??

you should be fine if they need the new one they would send you another rfe and they might waive your interview if your sup J already got approved or it might approve while you’re waiting.

I got the same RFIE the same day on Sunday, Oct 26. I checked online today, it says: Send “Long form” birthday certificate. that’s it.

interestingly I also was impatient and did my medical exam in June 2025 as soon as my PD Filing Date became current then :-) So, I also thought maybe my RFE was about Medical Exam signature date, etc. Mine was for Birth Certificate even though I had “long version” of it. So, I think I have to re-submit it again online. Maybe my sponsors forgot to include it, idk.

@ I just check it out that lawyer send me the mail of my i485 there it included everything and birth certificate too.. is your medical valid for rfe ?? where did you sent your medical to NBC or FO?

Yes, I assume that my medical is valid. This first RFE wasn’t about my medical exam. I have no doubt that we can use the Medical Form that came out in 01/25/2025, before the July 2025 one. We did the lates vaccines including Polio. And the exam is valid for two years. I sent medical with the whole AoS package to Elgin, IL lockbox that was received on Oct 1st this year. It was sent to NBC, where my case is getting processed now.

I had submitted SuppJ along with I485 while filling and I am still working same company since I got my Ead.. So any of you guys know or got same type of rfe from FO, What would be the next do they schedule interview or direct approval??

they want you to repeat the medical exam? what’s particularly missing from you doctor?

for Supp J they want to confirm the validity of your job offer from your employer weather you’re still working with them. They might approve without interviewing.

@ i did medical exam on june 2025 but I never submitted .And i saw on I693 form Part 10 Vaccination Record my civil surgeon transfer my old i693 vaccine shot date on it but she don't mark {X} on the box. Tdap, Mmr And Influenza .. So I feel doubt that vaccination is incomplete with out mark X or mention there.. . So Do I have to medical again or just go the clinic centerl and fix it..

you should contact that physician and explain the situation. don’t pay the whole fee again. they may charge a little fee or nothing. the doctor can fill the missing parts.

we can use both form from 1/25/2025 and the latest one, as per USCIS. and doctor office also should know about it. so, either works. just inquire with the doctor office and ask questions for peace of mind.

@Shweta P as you got i485j for RFE, I think you won’t get interview. they will approved after receiving this document.

@Alex brown @Jay N @ @eb3 unskilled Guys I figure out why I got rfe for SuppJ , I check my old SuppJ and at the time of concurrently filing i140 was not approved so my lawyer put no in the approved box and no A-Number in SuppJ .. I am still working with my sponsor since I got my ead .. so may be the FO officer wants to verify about my work and job.. And another thing of Medical rfe on oct 27 2025 ,I did medical on june 2025 at that time no require for flu shot so civil surgeon mark × not required box . is that ok or do i need to get flu shot and update new form ?? right now I am not worry about suppj just for the flu shot ?? Thankyou 💓

@Alex brown I call to my civil surgeon about my i693 flu shot she review my medical and confidently says its ok still i get rfe in oct or winter season its doesn't matter because its already completed on june so good to submit form edition 03/09/23 .@ I got rfe because old one submitted on jan 2022 and expired and I did new on June 2025 but never submitted to uscis,I think you understand now.
