@P Brazilian I am also from Brazil. We’re on the same boat. PD May 2022, they requested my RFE in May and marked received on 6/12. It was actually my second RFE, the first one they requested was in July 2024 My lawyer is the famous SIJS lawyer from Chelsea MA lol Not sure if I should still keep my faith with SIJS or move to another legal pathway :( so frustrating good to see I am not alone

Same my pd Nov 2022 waiting on ref… I already got my medical exam. just waiting to send to them in case they request for my medical exam. it’s been 67 days since was updated saying “Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken Jul 11, 2026”

I did my interview from last year one year now and still saying processing and the office is in Pittsburgh

@P Brazilian my I-130 was January 1,2025 n I-485 was January 13, 2025. get my SSN in April 2025 . interview was august 14,2025 still waiting

mine also same field office and i get rfe on jun 3 and is still show me rfe was sent

priority date of 02/17. filed 11/24 rfe requested June 23rd for some questions being blank on my application. (stupid lawyer screwed up) response was delivered July 10th and today is the deadline for the response and it hasn't been matched, response was sent to Cleveland OH
