Rfe services request after 60days#i485
I send rfe jun15 2023 and delivered June 17 2023, after 2 months I never received any updated, 14aug I call to uscis and sumbit my inquiry.
Today I received uscis mail, he say
your i485 is pending, we regret that we are not able to give you a time frame for when we will complete the review of ur petition. your rfe response was received. that it
anybody know how much time take by usics to approve 485
I already waiting last morethan 3years

@Harjinder singh sue them since you have been waiting for more than 3 years. it is just ridiculous. They owe you an administrate duty to adjudicate your case in a timely manner, because you paid them a processing fee. So keeping you on hold for more than 3 years is enough for a federal judge to compel them to issue a decision in less than 60 days.
