no. they will send a letter separately with the item you need to provide evidence.

if you have an access to online account, please check in documents tab I think they upload the copy online too before sending it out in mail

I tried looking in there and it’s not uploaded. maybe I checked too fast idk! but I wanted to see what it said exactly though I know what they want.. I wanted the instructions off of it to try and mail it off using the pdf form instead of waiting around for the letter which of course has the same outline and wording as the pdf format

timeline: july 15,2021 august 18 receipts October 8 I did biometrics currently waiting for my EAD card and also my interview date

mine is for a tax transcript I never sent in

I feel so dumb I knew I had to send original still I did not send it . do you think our 10th class certificate also qualifies for the date of birth verification? just thinking of additional evidence to avoid further RFe or delays .

Never send originals. always photo copies.
