i received the same thing. on the rfe they said to complete a new I 864 plus the evidence you have to convince them. Even though they don't specify what docs you need, a letter from an employer stating how much the person makes, when they started working there, pay stubs and even an affidavit from the sponsor might help to convince them. I 'm kinda angry at my lawyer because he should've known I needed to submit all these documents, now my case will probably be delayed.

yes it's definitely better to have a delay than a denial. The thing is, I'm praying that we do everything right this time. Now realizing that things can go wrong when you're not expecting it. I was really happy to see my case moving along, I received my bio a month after submitting my forms and so I was expecting things to move along quickly and smoothly. But, you just never know. It's pretty scary seeing an RFE lol.
