Do you ask agent if your case is under review by an officer? Or maybe they just want you to submit medical RFE before assigned to an officer for review

I am waiting since 46days after sending medical rfe and no update. Status still says “Request for initial evidence sent”. Los Angeles field office. Emma says I can raise SR only after 60 days. I confirmed they received my response though.

Similar here, took 2 weeks in Nebraska to update to "RFE response received". Nothing yet since

Nebraska service center is very slow. You are lucky you received RFE. Until now, I don't have RFE for medical

every center and every office has these delays. no idea how and when they are going to clear all the backlogs and bring up-to-date. God have mercy.

in 20 days. they will close 2020 fiscal year. the more people apply the longer process for I-485 for each individual filed takes

and what pains is there is no proper system followed based on priority date or receipt date. it is purely a random picked and approved case. 😔

feel like they review case based on the order about bios, I don’t know how they scheduled bios,but if your bios scheduled late, the processing time can be delayed

this person had bios on May, but my bios scheduled on August, and he got RFE. I don’t know if he submits 693 with 485, but he seems faster! my case was filed on March as well

I submitted medicals with original file in 10/2020. they still sent me rfe asking for it again. I had to resend.

they received mine on 12th aug, since then no update yet. any idea once only medical rfes are pending then further applications processing can be in any order , wheather its eb1, 2 or 3 etc. ?
