same boat. I submitted to Chicago field office on Sept 10th. no update since. did you also submit to a field office?

when i submitted my RFE it changed to RFE recieved and then it changed to case transferred like five time and now last week it changed to RFE response was received. again. idk what is going on

@No one They updated your status so many times that they became tired and forgot to update ours 🤣🤣Just kidding!! Hope we all get approved soon !!! I m really tired of waiting and being patient!!!

I got the status changed after 3days submitting RFE. I don’t know when they will approve it. What do you think about our circumstances?

I’ve sent my I-765 renewal back on August 26th and didn’t hear anything back and then decided to send it again on October 3rd since I thought I made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. Today I have received a letter from USCIS saying that they received my first application on Septmber 7th. If I could give you some advice would be just wait 6 weeks and if you don’t get any response get in touch with a tier 2 agency by calling USCIS

sent my rfe back in march 2024 till now uscis never updated rfe response was received. but usps tracking state it was delivered

It’s unbelievable how slow USCIS has been working.. 😔 it’s frustrating, sad and the worse is, we can do nothing. We don’t have proper answers.. It’s a waiting game that plays with our minds every single day.

Hopefully we all get approved soon!!! I have no update yet as of today !!! I m Just keep waiting!!!!!!!!

have you guys tried to contact your local Congressman? That is what I did, they will contact USCIS on bahelf of you.

@Rom Sin I got the interview before working for sponsor. @l nguyen I did it before and now I am waiting till 60days after send RFE received then I will contact the congressman.

gotta call congressman and ask them to follow up. i got approved after 2 weeks sending rfe in.

@Rom Sin my priority date is not current (May/2021). I already had my interview 2,5 years ago.. Case status changed to “case remains pending “ last year (in September).. Nothing else since… I wonder if they will request medicals again.. I handed mine to the officer at the interview.
