RFE requested and received over a year ago. anyone? #RFE
I-130 petition submitted on January 24, 2022, has experienced significant processing delays.
-An interview was scheduled for March 1, 2022.
-An RFE was requested on April 20, 2022.
-Evidence was provided on May 19, 2022.
However, there has been no progress in the case since then.
