what kind of RFE did you received?

What is the RFE about that you can't respond to it yourself?

it’s basic w2 paystub and legal status of my wife before filing her green card. should we do it ourselves?

I am so annoyed by them and the slow work they are doing and they are basically doing thing so late and now avoiding responding to us. at this point I feel they are being unprofessional.

@eb3 client hope they will contact to you soon. I think they have lawyer’s assistant from other country since sometimes they responded my messages in Am hour. However, they still finish the RFE response in 2 month before the deadline.

@eb3 client thank you I realized that but now we finished the review state and she asked us some questions. my wife was out of status for some time so there was an issue to resolve. but least they could do is respond. lack of response is what I feel irritating.

I have sent an email to them last week and they haven't responded yet. I think there is a problem between them and bdv

@eb3 client of course not, we all paid a ton of money and can't even reach them when we need. They hire some people that can't even respond to basic questions.

yeah they’ll file it just before deadline. they probably have lot of other cases to handle
