RFE received since last year!
Any advises? i just submitted service request. It’s been more than 60 days since RFE received. My case is in Charleston. i-130 updated a month ago to “case is being actively reviewed”. Don’t know what else to do.

@Sofia Gonzalez I submitted my response to evidence 75 days ago still no updates at all .. the I-130 went into actively reviewed since 90 days for the first time since my husband submitted it at the end of Oct/2021 and still pending there

@roro April 2022 same for me. My case changed the first time more than a month ago and nothing else happen.

call the number and do an inquiry. mine was past the 60 days and I called. God first, that triggered them to work on mine
