same thing here my petitioner RFE response changed date. we received rfe response march 4th but it was already received on February 7th should I say they are looking into it?

mine changed since January 5th 2024 and still waiting , original response was received July 2023

@Jessica Lama go to Document tab under Uscis notices clock on the file to open the file to view the rfe and what is being asked.

@T Rloy do I have to upload cover letter as well?

read the notice carefully it will tell you exactly if you should mail it or upload it it will also tell you if you should send the Request for evidence notice. if you physically mail it you have to send back your Request for evidence notice along with what is being asked. the reason why there is a barcode on the paper that will indicate the uscis ppl which officer the package is to go to, I hope that helps @Jessica

mine change too, the received on August 9 2023 and then say December 20 2023 when I call to USCIS they change this date to actively reviewed by USCIS since dec 20 !!

@T Rloy I really need help in my case… I filled i824 last year April 2023 2 weeks back I got RFE and uscis asking petitioner signature nothing else they requested and I submitted last week and they received my documents by mail which they acknowledged. My question is how long will take to approve my i824 case sir please help me out 🙏🏻 I really need to approve my case it’s been so long time now😢😭 so frustrating time for me please help me🙏🏻

@Jatan JC it is sad the way uscis is taken so long with documents, this form should only take 6 months max. it true with the RFE it going to delay the process but it was already out of the processing time. the RFE response you got is the automatic response that the document is with USCIS but that doesn’t mean the officer in charge review it yet it simply mean it went back to the Queue. that’s why it’s important to response to RFE quick quick if you can. but I can’t say how long it will take but the truth is they moving a little bit faster in 2024.
