RFE received by USCIS and case is being actively reviewed again..
RFE received by USCIS and case is back to being reviewed again but I have already gotten the approval notice on my USCIS account. Does that mean my case is approved? A bit confused!

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 in my case, I only had access to my USCIS account and I was able to upload all the evidences online through their USCIS portal and it was easy piesy. However, I also mailed the paper evidences to the address attached on the notice I received, just in case. Best bet, whoever has access to the USCIS online account, that person or petitioner should upload the evidences requested. I hope all that above make sense. Btw, don’t wait too long to response to what they are requesting!! Good luck.

@Dhan Ghalley bro can you tell me how many documents can you upload in uscis accounts on 1 pdf please reply??
Dhan GhalleyJan 30, 2024
@Singh USA 🇺🇸 USCIS gives you option to upload documents they want from you. I don’t think there is limitation of how many you can upload but the new portal USCIS has online is real simple. Once you login into the account online, you should see where they are requesting documents/evidences to be submitted. I hope that makes sense.

@Dhan Ghalley how many documents you upload before when you upload your rfe evidence I have a lot around 700 page and a lot people saying you can upload 12 MB In one file ?

@Singh USA 🇺🇸 my rfe was about incompleted I-130a and few other supporting documents, for example my spouse’s new renewal passport copy and employment verification letter. But you don’t need to submit anything except what was requested by USCIS.
