7 months waiting a RFE response✋️ but they approved /work permit n advance parole in 3 months after applied

I applied July 2023 but 4 months since they received my RFE and nothing yet my I-765 is “taking longer than expected”

same here 7 months I sent in my RFE and nothing as yet. a family member of mine died and I couldn’t even attend the funeral 😞😞😞😞

@ain’t God good I appreciate your swift response 🙏 just that they acknowledged getting my rfe response and few hours later my i130 says actively review and it’s being 3dsys now but I don’t want to get my hopes high. fingers crossed 🤞

Same here, sent in biometrics and medical RFE in July and still nothing on any of the forms. My 765 is “taking longer than expected” and hasn’t changed since July.

@Sean s 🇯🇲 i had my I-130 approved since 2019 because i qas doing consular process first.. then I switched to aos on febrero because i did advance parole.. but nothing yet just the rfe on August 7.. I answered the rfe on August 22 and nothing has changed..
