RFE question
i have received a rfe. i haven’t received the notice in the mail but i am able to see everything online so i can reply with the evidence. USCIS said my medical is not completed because i didn’t complete the covid 19 series. they say i must provide a completed Form I-693 from a designated civil surgeon with a completed vaccination record section. does this mean i have to take a copy to the civil surgeon to let them add the vaccine and mark it as completed or should i just send the vaccination card????

You have to go to the civil surgeon and let him/her fill out a new I-693 with the COVID-19 vaccination record included. Then you need to send in this new I-693 in a sealed envelope to USCIS again.

good morning you will need to log on your account and Print The RFE Letter ect and take it to the civil servant as well and also your gonna need a copy to submit with your documents and also the medical as to be mailed in certain documents required to be mailed to uscis

@Roshema Grace i went to the civil surgeon, they completed the from and i copied the rfe pdf and add it. i also made a mistake with the inadmissibility question and i fill out a new i-485 form and corrected it and put the rfe letter on top and expedited it
