RFE..
hi Guys
so I summited my application in October 2023( marriage based) I did my biometric in December. in January 2024 I got RFE to summit medicals and more evidence to establish life together with my spouse.. the RFE stated that they want to make a final decision on my case and I was given till April to respond..now my question is after summiting this documents will they make a decision on my case? or will they still schedule me for an interview..is this a normal process? is there anyone with similar experience because I'm confuse as what to expect next when I respond to the RFE..thanks

you’ll have to wait and hope for the best really, I responded to rfe sep1 2023 and rfe received updated, no news since then.

once they get your info they will decide if they want to waive the interview. Theres no way to know at this point. submit as much as you can to avoid interview. good luck!

they received my RFE Oct 2023 and I’m still waiting for an response

Just make sure you submit all they ask for and in time too! Also make sure you call them to make sure it was received before the expiration so you can do something about it if they dont....I was given an rfe as well but they did not receive it....it delayed my application for months! I finally got my greencard two days ago No interview! Its all by God's grace 🙏
