RFE on all three prongs
Hello,I got RFE on all three prongs and after reading the RFE most of what is requested is already in the petition but I am still very nervous. I am PostDoc and my endeavor is centered around Alzheimer. When I filed I had 8 research articles with more than 100 citations. I dont know if I stand a chance to win or not. Did anyone postdoc got RFE in 2025 and were you approved or denied.

@09266 Texas yeah got PhD in STEM outside US but its in the top 50 school in the world

I’m also a postdoc in STEM but PhD in US. Still waiting for the decision after switching to PP. Will let you know when I get updates. Hopefully your case could be approved soon.

@09266 Texas No, DIY. Though I heard those that filed with lawyers still got RFE. Did you file yours with Lawyer?

@eb2 niw 2024 Yes I did with lawyer. I don’t want RFE but may get it since I have less than 100 citations.. It’s really weird that you got RFE on all three prongs.
