RFE notice not recieved, but now the response date is past due.
My i-130 case is under review right now but on feb-1-2023, i got a notification that uscsis sent a rfe notice which I didn't receive in mail. I didn't have the online account at that time. But now i have the online account and see the rfe notice there is it is past the response date to send the supporting documents. What does this mean for my case? And can i still send the documents even if the date in the notice is past.

seems your case is still open, send whatever they requested asap. worst case scenario you have to contact a lawyer and refile
