RFE notice for something I have already submitted-I 130
Hey Fam, need help! So, I got a RFE for the petition for alien relative I 130. RFE was requesting Form I 130A, whereas I submitted this by the time I filed the petition. What should I do? Re-submit I-130A or say it’s an error by them?

you should always respond to RFE, even if they are asking the information that you may have submitted with the initial application. Send them the initial RFE mail that you’ve received so as they have some sort of reference.
