RFE Not delivered to me nor my lawyers (EB2 NIW)
Has anyone experienced a situation whereby USCIS said they sent RFE but neither you nor your lawyers received the notice? That recently happened to me.#

it happens to me, but you can go to your uscis account and see it under document you don’t have to wait for the mail to response

I had similar issues in 2019 and it took 3 months for me to received it through a USCIS supervisor that emailed me right on the spots cuz I have 9 days left to respond.
