RFE No response
hello everyone please help me rest my Anxiety, so I got an RFE after an interview and I responded to it via mail ( my medicals) and now it's been a month without any response to receiving my mail, my case has not changed online with no update.
My major concern is the deadline to respond to the RFE is in Two weeks and I have no clue if the received my mail or not. this is Chicago office. PLEASE ANYONE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS.

Where did you get the RFE from? Field offices don't always update RFE received status. You may see a straight approval.

double-check about the deadline it's usually 1-2 months and they will not update anything cause they are lazy but no need to panic you are good

I had the same thing so i called them and they put and inquiry and told me it was received. 96 plus days and still waiting on decision 😢

call uscis, I did and they confirmed my medical rfe response is received and attach to my case then today 8/15 status got updated to response to rfe received.

I sent my RFE 5 months ago and no updates yet. My interview went well, was on 03/09/2022. Do you people think they are waiting for the couples to hit their 2 years anniversary and give then a 10 years GC? My 2 years anniversary will be 03/02/2023. What about yours?

@ still tall. by mail. there isn’t an option to do it online bec the medical certificate from uscis surgeon is a sealed eveloped

I am in the same boat. Chicago FO. respond to the rfe on mid Aug but the online status is not updated yet. did you get any update after rfe respond deadline?
