RFE Medicals for I-485 was delivered two days ago (using the tracking number) but there’s no update on my case status. should I be concerned?

The same thing happened to me and they actually updated it one week after that they received my RFE and is now working on my case.

it’s takes time for them to update sometimes.
Applied for EAD renewal in November, I got the receipt notice this week.

VAWA and I-485 applied on April/2021
VAWA approval August 2024
I didn’t hear anything from my I-485 until they send RFE for medicals (I received on Monday and sent it back same day!)
What I felt that helped me was reaching out to my Senator. and I also didn’t stop reaching out to them directly through calls, Emma etc 🙏🙏🙏
My case is at the NBC!

I would recommend if you didn’t send the medicals along with the I-485, try to get them done before they request it so you can save it some time!!
