@leo lance look at the top right corner of RFE, it should say NBC. send your rfe at the addresss they asked you to send which is NBC in your case. don’t sent it to local field office and let them do there thing. Most probably they will approve it without interview but there is a chance they send your case to local field office for interview, whatever the case is, you should be fine.

it’s been two weeks for me since I sent my medical to NBC, I haven’t heard back yet.

1.3 years since I sent my medicals , no movement, expedite approved per local congressman but uscis says they dont have record of it , no Interview also

@Mark Douglas about 17 days after case transfered to NBC i got an RFE. My case was tranfered from Vermont to NBC after vawa approval.

some still receive interview even after sending medical to service center. some also have their interviews set up then cancelled and i-485 approved without interview.

yes I send mine to Lee summit and got approved without interview after 2 weeks

@leo lance yes, I filed 864 with initially filing in 2022, but I also know 485 form has changed so it might be that. I sent birth certificate as well with English translation.

You came a long way..someone here also got an RFE for birth caertificate and the names were correct and all matching. @leo lance I did biometrics in 2022. they just want to confirm address. rfe says they could schedule for biometrics or interview at local uscis office. I talked to few people got this rfe.

my attorney said previous biometrics might be expired by now, as they are only valid for 15 months
