RFE medical received about 8 months and still nothing
Hello everybody,
they updated RFE received on May 26
and Nov 9 again is the same status
i still wondering when they going to work on my case
it is likely 8 months and i am so tired of waiting when seeing other people got approved so quick in a few months
Im from Dallas, TX
i had contacted congressman like 3 different ones, they don't do anything besides saying to wait. other one said they didn't even submit inquire, i have to do myself. I am shocked

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
