RFE medical for 485
hello all,
I got a notice to submit RFE for medical via email, waiting for hard copy. to those who have already done this - do you mail the documents yourself, via attorney or does the civil surgeon forward these? my ucis FO recommended I overnight them, I am not sure how this will be possible if the attorny needs to receive them first.

civil surgeon will give it to you as sealed and you will send it. no need from atty.

mail not email I believe and yes, you have to send it via overnight shipping. fedex is the most reliable and only an accredited civil surgeon will prepare the document in sealed envelope for you

i sent via attorney almost 1 month now, no update from USCIS yet. one can send directly but if something goes wrong attorney won't take responsibility , my attorney told me this.

no need to take help from attorney, just go to the usps office. put that rfe notice on top of sealed envelope. and sent it to the uscis by overnight shipment. you can find the address on top right uscis notice. good luck
