Chat with Emma and check which day they mailed rfe letter. Also usually the letters come from Lee Summit, MO. So in general, For example: When USCIS says, They mailed on Certain day, they will take additonal 2 days to ship it literally. then shipping time between MO and your state. For example: Lets say Emma chat says they shipped on July 5th Friday. that means Being Saturday and Sunday are holidays. they will ship the letter on Tuesday July 9th. Then it will take additinal 3-5 days to come to your home. This practically happened to me very recently for Recipt notice and biometrics notice. I was able to verify this by checking the date on Mail envolope and the actual delivery day. hope this helps.

@Kerry uk mine was not rfe. I was just talking about how they ship mails in general. Try this Emma - Live Agent - Greencard - Connect to Live agent - Provide receipt number. then it will connect to live agent. I think this works only during Business days.

You can RFE online only when your receipt number starts with IOE.

@Kerry uk The I 140 IOE*** receipt numbers does not hold electronic record under uscis. So you wont be able to see documents section for any i 140 cases online. This is was the response I got from USCIS when I open a support ticket.

The I-140 is currently not supported in the USCIS online account, therefore we are unable to generate an Online Access Code (OAC) for your case.’

@S K I think they are deliberately trying to stall these cases losing nearly 15-20 days on these rfes

well I got the letter! it’s very extensive and 8 pages long if anyone knows of a great rfe lawyer or has responded to one and been successful pls let me know asap
