Hi friends. i recieved RFE and USCIS need fresh photographs no more than 30 days, and according to guidline photograph criteria, i m confused due to one thing G28, i think i no need new G28 coz i m already with my attorny and i never change my address as well ,any problem if i send only my photographs with RFE original request, can any one helped me plz

I am confused…if you have an attorney why can’t you ask him/her? you do realize there are no immigration lawyers in this app unless you pay for one? so I wouldn’t rely on some random person’s answer when you have hired a lawyer who should be answering these questions for you so that you don’t make a mistake
