RFE inquiry
hi guys,
I reached 60 days today since sending in my RFE response and I put in a service request successfully with a live agent and it says USCIS has 30 days to respond to it. does anybody have any experience with this? was the service request helpful??

yea I received an email two days after saying my case is pending and within processing time… the service request is only useful if they haven’t received your rfe and that’s about it

it was helpful to me they respond within three weeks with an approval but they had receive my RFE more than 123 days

@sunny d im doing consular processing with beneficiary overseas , our case is at california service center

@Laura r-y ah ok, went through that as well already which took almost two years… now waiting for AOS and EAD in the US 😔

I received an email from my FO two days after that and said they are still waiting to review my documents
