RFE for Supplement J
USCIS is seriously messed up. my PD is 09/22 and I have been CRP since last year. I just got a RFE from my local FO requesting for supplement J form when the approved i140 is clearly NIW. just ridiculous 🤦🏽♂️

@T. G. My attorney ensured they printed a highlighted copy where it is stated that Supplemet J is not required for approved I-140. USCIS with some unprofessional or new to the job officers looking for who to deny.
