RFE for mother - respond online??
I received a rfe for bilingual birth certificate, the notice first line says " this notice contains your unique number. the original notice must be submitted with the requested evidence " , I applied online, I received physical letter and downloaded it online as well . can I respond online? I don't know what's the unique number ? but there is like bar code on every page of the letter and the cover page as well, let me know if anyone received something similar?????

I replied online and it worked faster than mail.. when you apply online you apply in your account so no need to send any cover letter..and usually your case will update that they received rfe
