obviously they haven’t received it you should’ve contacted them long time ago, you want to make sure you speak to someone and resend the form if you still have the RFE and when you submit the RFE with the medical make sure you include an explanation. They might’ve lost it or the post office never delivered it. If you have the post office tracking number include that with the RFE as well. You would’ve had a decision by now if not for this delay most likely. Thank you, good luck.
