Which service center or FO ? It depends on the service center or field office. Some field offices are faster and some are slower. But generally 3-4 weeks if it’s not a slow center.

but my i-1765 was never approved

I received mine on October 30 and send it back on December 7 until this day no response, same situation no I-765 approved and I’m almost 221 days

I received on October 18, sent November 6th, never changed the status or no response whether they received or not. but status changed from RFE sent to CSR on December 13th.

my brothers I-485 got a new update today CARD IS BEING PRODUCED, mine still no update stuck tho, both of them supposed to process together so
