RFE for Medical
can someone who filed in Oct 2020 or later confirm if they have received RFE for Medicals? My EAD/AP was approved today after I raised an expedited request. Awaiting either RFE for medical or interview as I didnt submit my medicals in Oct 2020 based on our lawyer’s recommendation. My processing center is NBC.

hello I also sent application to NBC. I didn’t get RFE for Medicals. however, I got the deficiency notice (saying I didn’t submit it and that I will need it for interview). I Don’t have EAD yet

I applied oct 2020, eb-2, received medical RFE around April 7. replied a few days later. now just waiting. my application is also at NBC

I submitted in OCT 2020. EB3. received EAD, AP in Feb 2021, but no RFE for medical yet / any interview notice yet. still waiting.

@ Rahul M. I submitted I 485 at the same date as you. I did receive REF of medical exam and I did response a month ago. I don’t get EAD yet. I’m still waiting

EB3, October 2020 filer, NBC, EAD/AP in March 2021, received an RFE for medicals and Supplement j on April 9th to be mailed in....still haven’t sent it yet. waiting on my lawyer.

EB3 October 2020, case was moved to Nebraska in Jan 21. EAD/AP in Jan received. no RFE for medicals yet.

do anyone in this thread have any update ? our fingerprints are done in Jan 22, EB3, priority date has been current for an year, but no updates after that.

Saranesh, Why not follow up with USCIS? After I submitted my medicals and 485j, I received a approval letter for 485j. PD becomes current in July 2021….in one day. Will post if I get any other updates.

any eb2 to Eb3 downgrade people receive their ead yet ? I filled on Oct 29 2020 but EAD and AP shows case received. no fingerprint yet.
