when did you file and what’s your field office?

April 30th everything is still with NBC I assume the field office will be Detroit/troy @user user

From what I know, though it doesn’t happen often, the EAD may come after the approvals of l-130 or l-485. After the uscis gets your rfe response, you can see movement. Also, if you have an account with uscis, try look at the documents tab at your l-485. You can find the PDF version of the RFE and start preparing it before the physical mail comes, so it can gain you some time

make sure you read the rfe carefully and send whater they ask you even though you already sent them if not they will deny you

unfortunately my case type doesn’t get the full online access. I’ll definitely respond to the RFE asap @user user

@chasing greencard I’m grateful I wasn’t denied, and instead it’s a 2nd request. I’ll definitely send whatever is requested. I’ll update the post with the RFE
