RFE for I-864W after my I-485 interview
Had my I-485 interview in June. Now, USCIS sent a RFE to submit an I-864W form. I’m hoping it’s the final step to my approval. I already have an approved I-360 since Sept, 2022. Initial filling date was Oct 2021.

no I did not. I’m not even aware if VAWA can be expedited

you will be approved soon immediately you respond to RFE. I noticed a lot of people always get panic once they receive RFE. IT simply means we need an additional document to make final decision on your case. in order words in your own case they are about to give you your greencard but the last document to put in your file is what was requested so respond to it as fast as you can.

@manny pop Thanks for your kind word. You are right. My lawyer called me up to inform me about the RFE the day they sent it to his office. He scanned the form and sent over to me, urging me to reply asap so they can send it over to USCIS same day. We did eventually same day.

Hello @Out Lander I forgot to bring the I864w to the interview and I am waiting for the RFE. How many days or month you waited for get the RFE? And when you sent the document how long you get the response to get the approval for Green card?
