RFE for I-485 while I-140 still pending
Hi everyone, Everything is in the title. I reached out to Emma. they told me to wait… I read that it could be I-140 has been approved and not updated. It is EB1A and I-140 sent “only” 5 months ago. Thanks for your help

@Romain D, interesting situation. I don't know what that could be! Medicals RFE? Birth certificate? The best option is to wait and see. Just curious: how does i140 approval and not updated lead to RFE?

It could be medical because I did not send it. But since I-140 has not been approved yet … this is weird. birth certificate was sent. I’ll update when I get more information.

My lawyer told me, they may want to accelerate I-485 and be ready to go …

Since you didn't submit medical, then it is definitely medical RFE.
