RFE for I-1485J bonafide job offer
an rfe was sent to me in mail on June 2nd summary of rfe is that they are reconfirming my Job offer. it came from LA county field office. they mentioned specific dates of September 2023 that they may be able to offer a immigrant visa. should I expect an approval notice soon? or. a delay? my priority date is april 19 2022.

@Ali Meer it just simple means respond to the RFE as soon as possible so that your case can be processed before the end of their fiscal year.
do you mind sharing your Priority Date and Visa Category?

I had the same thing. they ackloedged recipet in 3 days and then approved in 2 weeks.
