rfe for I-130
I sent my rfe in October 2022 and USCIS lost my documents and said I did not sent any. and they sent me a denial for I-130 but through my lawyers they were contacted but they have not sent us none to update or change the decision. I don't know how long a situation like this takes. please let me know someone with a similar situation.

In this situation keep touch with your lawyer , if its me i would submit an inquire USCIS ERROR.

its being 7months now, uscis lost my documents and later found them but they never updated my status. I'm having anxiety if there is any problem? can someone tell me If you have had this situation and how you went about it
