RFE for I-130
Hi guys,
I got RFE for I-130, but initially we uploaded all of our evidence and we don't have a beneficiary account so I can't see the pdf version and I don't know what they want. Can somebody tell me if this is a bad sign? We already sent medical on may

RFE could be anything. not a “bad” sign. I had one for a birth certificate for my 485.

@G M M so i got 2 RFE for I-485, one of them was medical and the other one was related to tax. I don't know about this recent RFE for I-130 because i am unable to see what are they asking yet

I received an RFE about my birth certificate and a joint sponsor, as we declared it correct but the immigration rate increased during our process, the gross income was insufficient

@ellie d I did the same but the status did not change they send the rfe 11 & I replied the 18 .. when I realize it was not changing I mailed it to them & that’s when the status updated to evidence received . MAIL IT TO BE SAFE
