RFE for Good Faith Marriage (VAWA) What Did You Submit? Seeing a Bad Trend Lately
For those who got an RFE for good faith marriage, what exactly did you submit? Did you send new evidence or just resubmit what you already had? My lawyer keeps calling and saying it’s not enough, and now I’m really scared because I have no idea how this will end up, especially since even my lawyer is saying it might not be enough.

Didn't you submitted it in the first place, that is when sending the application. Good faith marriage evidence would be marriage certificate, finance comingle, lease, insurance, deeds, joint assets etc. What is your filing date?

@Mein Gandu I did in 2021, I’ve added: affidavits, taxes, joint bank statements, pictures, no insurance and no lease though because we lived with his family
