RFE for EAD Expedite request
Hello everyone,
I submitted my supporting document as requested for my work permit expedite request, by one of this Fax apps twice now, because I want to be sure USCIS receives it. I have called customer service to confirm if they received it, but they said there is no way they would know. is there a way to confirm uscis received my fax besides the confirmation msg I receive from the fax app?

what kind of reason did you present to Uscis for expedite request?
Also how long did you wait for EAD and request for expedite? is there any specific wait time for EAD?

I expedite due to financial crisis
I waited for one month, dye to the specifics of my case

@Yas I hello, I submitted my i-765 almost 3 months ago and my PD is always current.
Do you think I can request an expedition or I have to wait to apply

@Yas I Do vou think we request an expedite for my husband? I am currently working with H1B visa but husband cannot work as he doesn't have work authorization so I am the only one who gets paid in our family.
The problem is he doesn't have a credit card. Can we use our utility bills, lease as a proof or we need more evidence?

@sky91 light I think you need something that can show an emergency reason why you need an expedite request, like financial crisis
