RFE delivered to office but status not updated
Does anyone know what to do if the RFE was delivered to the office but the status not updated? my rfe was delivered on August 5, 2023 at NBC, but I haven’t received any update.

it takes around 1 to 2 weeks to update received

@Shan Bet I sent it to the National Benefit Center. Last time when I sent, they processed pretty quick. That’s why I’m wondering if there is any issue. thanks though
