RFE Cancelled/ Status is not updated
hello,
they sent me RFE on April 9th but I didn’t receive the letter. I chatted with Emma and they told me the officer cancelled it. but the online status is the same RFE was sent!
what should I do in this case ?

don't trust Emma. Just call them and request the notice. It may happen that officer decides to cancel the RFE request but it's better to talk with multiple agents.

I’m with @Artur D on this. Emma rep are “useless”. Call or chat with 5 people and they will tell you different things. for e.g: one told me my case is in nbc, I messaged 10mins later another told me it is at local FO. they are just untruthful and don’t know what they are doing,

@Hope fully try to speak to tier 1 or tier 2 officers by calling them.
