RFE and Premium Processing
Hello,
I sent the response to my RFE that I received on my EB2 NIW petition. When can I expect a decision? I have premium processing

@zzz . It depends on when you requested the premium ptocessing. Its 45 calendar days from the day USCIS received you request for premium processing. They stop counting the days if they have to get additional information from you through RFE and resume counting after the received your response.
