you have to wait until your rfe letter arrive

The rfe always still better than a NOID letter. Just wait until it arrive to see you have missing something and they will process your gc soon!

@N S My The interview was good. The officer was the type of person you couldn’t really tell what he was thinking. They asked me and my wife all of the yes/no questions. He made some modifications to the I-485 form because some information had changed. Then he started asking me about the job: whether I was working, what my position was, what my salary was, and why I hadn’t returned to my home country. He also asked why I chose to stay in the U.S. working in unskilled positions if I could have something better in my country. They requested my recent tax returns, and then he said, “I think we have everything. If I need anything else, I’ll send an RFE, or you’ll receive a decision by mail as well..

If you have a dependent with your case, then chance of an interview is about 100%. That why they dont approve your GC when you subbmited your medical rfe. One of my friend , she was same as my pd, but she got her GC after submitted her medical rfe in 2025

@Alex X my interview was waived at first then all of sudden I received interview is scheduled now.

@N S Yes, I brought the attorney with me. We were together the whole time. He started with my wife’s file first and then moved on to mine. Don’t worry too much about the interview. Try to stay calm, don’t lie to the officer, and hopefully you’ll get approved soon. When will your interview be?

@Alex X Yes, my wife is my dependent, and all my kids are U.S. citizens.
