Give them the statements and additional pictures that you have.If you have any evidence of any trips or anything else you did together add that.

I suggest you to write a letter to uscis, explaining everything and the situation that you lived with her/his. and also that you don’t know anyone close to you. I did a letter explain them my situation too. and I think works. and also the adittional evidence and extra picture and the letter did you sended good moral character evidence ?

You got to send anything you can because at this time, they just want to deny you. send more copies of what you sent and more.

I was going through this heartbreaking ordeal too 😭😭😭😭 because I could not find anyone from a previous address mind you I already submitted these 4 years ago so I my self feels some type of way about but I’m praying I also have a few weeks to send these in 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@RyRy Wilson resend what you sent before reconsuct statements and send them get people to speak on you character through letter and also to say they know the relationship

I got a RFE and turned everything in immediately and got approved 5 days after

I actually submitted everything, including good character evidence and statements. I may have to resubmit everything because I don’t know what more they want from me. I have also redone my statement explaining everything that I have and why I don’t have more. I pray that we get through this because after years, I have no more energy left in me. Thanks to all those who responded.

they asked the same thing. marriage was during Covid shutdown & so we had barely anything. I wrote another statement detailing more of our lives & got statements from my friend, his close friend, his work colleague and my father. I have my green card now

Same here—rather than enduring this absurdity here, I have decided to return to my home country. The harassment I have suffered has worn me down enough as it is, and I find myself trapped within an immigration system that seems intent on ensuring I never forget that harassment or my abuser. Once my case is resolved, I just want to get the hell out of here. @RyRy Wilson

@Sheena G I applied in 2022. I received 6 PF. Three months ago, I received an RFE; they requested further evidence regarding the harassment I experienced. I resubmitted everything. I am still waiting.

@Sheena G I reached out to ppl,checked orders I made that were sent to the homes while I was there,then I had to do some very depressive digging. I’m so tired. it’s been over 4yrs and I honestly DO NOT care anymore. my lawyer will submit my rfe response packet next week. They better approve because I gave them all that was left in me. I’ve nothing more to give them. 😔

just send what you have, that’s what I’m doing sending what I have I got some people to write ✍️ some letter of good moral conduct on my behalf prayerfully I know it would help 🙏🏾 if you have congress in your area they should be able to help as well 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hi @Sheena G My RFE was submitted before May 18 deadline. I am now waiting to see update that it was recieved and for them to respond. 🤷🏿‍♂️
