@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 yes unfortunately when they reviewed my 485 application my lawyer forgot to give explanation for question 17 on the form so now we got an rfe it just states to reply with the explanation this was Tuesday but I feel like my lawyer taking her time I did mention I’d like to reply as soon as possible to avoid any more delays so we will see if that happens I’m hoping to send out or upload the rfe this weekend or early next week 😭 I feel like it could have been avoided since it does say explain why on the space provided but I guess they forgot too just been a bit stressful because it took them almost a yr to reply to our last rfe and now this when we could have gotten the approval if it was added since the beginning 😭 I hope we can resolve it asap 🤞🏻

I feel like there really trying to make decision without interview because it’s just one thing missing or else I feel like they would have just scheduled our interview and asked us about it there what do you think ?
