I did that via telephone call and the call rep stated to me what letter was mailed before it arrived my mail box. I understand the mental struggle of the unknown. So, there's absolutely nothing wrong with making such request. Worse case scenario is a rep who isn't helpful and if that's the case, then you call and try again, in hopes of getting connected to an empathetic and patient rep. All the best.

If you choose to call, dial 800-375-5283 After the automated voice blabs, say "info pass".... Then it'll blab again and request for your case number... Either say it or type it... Then it'll blab again and connect you to a rep and there you explain your request. Cheers.
