@CH 1 what’s your position on the lawfully premium because mine says I’m 9th…they ve been approving people the past couple of weeks very fast.

im January 2021 i hope soon we will get approve

May 2021 here. expedite request approved but other than that still waiting

@Nadia gozdan oh okay…my dad is sick and I’m trying to see if they can approve my case…when did you file for experdite and how long did it take?

@Question Mark first expedite request I filed in December of 2023 and it was ignored. filed through congressman and myself. finally my congressman was able to get it expedited in May. They sent my request for review on May 8th and it was approved yesterday
