USCIS received my evidence a month ago as well. Nothing yet :( so we’re both having a rough time with our mental health

I got approved two months after they received my RFE. don’t lose hope

@Lorena Duncan imagine I sent them my medical on feb/20th and they updated the status to received just last Friday ( it took them 98 days after they actually received it + since that time no any other updates if you want to talk about mental health see the timeline below: I-130 submission date 10/12/2021 .. first actively reviewed 02/10/2023 I-485 submission date 04/18/2022 .. last update RFE received 05/26/2023 my FO processing times 37 months .. I’ll be out of normal processing times on OCt/02/2026

I have submitted mine RFE from January 8 2023 no change until this point

I send mine about 3 months and I don’t receive nothing yet

It’s been six months I’ve been waiting

Sent my response end of April and no update since, not even that they received it

@Lorena Duncan I’m on a month as well it was an rfe on the form 130. second time actively reviewing however no approval yet

I feel ya on the mental health. I've shed almost half my hair because of the stress, loneliness and uncertainty. I mean we are on the phone all the time but as you know, there is no hugs and kisses there. Hang in there. As really really hard as it is.

I sent mine Apr 19 thru FEDEX but no change in status - no update if they received or not. It’s been almost 2 months.

@subu g my rfe was for my husband’s proof of us citizenship.
