has anyone responded to a RFE and not got updated that it was received?
I’m so stressed about this!! I sent my RFE a week ago, and someone signed for it but they haven’t let me know they got it.
congresswoman reached out to them and uscis said decision will be made when they get my RFE so I’m so anxious, case is from 2021. I just want this to be over :(

@M A my RFE was for medical I received it on Feb/13/2023 .. respond to it on Feb/20/2023 .. they updated the status into RFE response received on may/26/2023 and radio silence after that

@roro April 2022 I got my medical RFE and it was received 160 days ago.. I got another RFE for something I already sent originally :( now that the case it out of process times they said once they got this RFE they will make decision but I didn’t get the update it was received now :(

@Guerline Dorismond they didn’t notify you that they got your RFE either?? they are the worst..

I read somewhere, that if rfe is sent to fo they don’t update it. nbc have people whose job is specifically to receive, scan and update rfe status
